About Me

M.D. Hansen has built a career working with some of the world’s leading multinational corporations, including Baxter Healthcare, Cardinal Health, CSL Behring, IBM, and General Electric. With deep expertise in program management, change management, and commercial operations, he has successfully led multiple global transformation projects.

His professional journey and travels have taken him to more than fifteen countries and forty-five U.S. states, where he has gained firsthand insights into different cultures and perspectives. Living and working alongside clients, customers, and friends in these places has shaped his distinctive worldview.

Beyond business, he has climbed the five highest mountains in New England, spent a summer working security for the Rolling Stones, and was elected three times to the board of education of one of the highest-performing school districts in New Jersey—experiences as memorable and transformative as his global career.

A lifelong sports enthusiast, he is a devoted supporter of Philadelphia’s professional teams. He admits to an ongoing struggle with his golf game.

He lives in southern New Jersey with his wife, Alysa, and their two children, Jack and Leigh.
